Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has been briefing key European capitals on Tehran’s proposals regarding its stockpile of highly enriched uranium and the future management of the Strait of Hormuz. Araghchi reportedly held phone discussions with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot and German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, among others. The outreach extends beyond Europe, with Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar also receiving briefings. The move underscores Tehran’s attempts to isolate Washington internationally while rallying support for its position.
