"The Iranian negotiators are very different and ‘strange,’" Trump wrote. "They are ‘begging’ us to make a deal… and yet they publicly state that they are only ‘looking at our proposal.’ WRONG!!!"
Trump emphasized urgency, stating, "They better get serious soon, before it is too late, because once that happens, there is NO TURNING BACK, and it won’t be pretty!" The warning follows Trump’s decision to pause U.S. strikes against Iranian energy infrastructure for five days, a period set to expire on Friday, March 27.
Meanwhile, a significant U.S. military presence is converging on the region. The 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), comprising approximately 2,200 Marines aboard the USS Tripoli, is mobilizing alongside additional Marine units and thousands of elite paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division. More than 50,000 U.S. personnel and two aircraft carrier strike groups are now deployed as part of the buildup.
"If Tehran refuses the path of peace, it will face an annihilation unlike anything the world has ever seen," Trump asserted.
